If yous buy a "Windows 7" DVD from some "full general store" or download a Windows seven ISO from some random website, you have no idea what malware may be hidden in that media only waiting to be installed on your estimator.
If you obtain a legitimate Windows 7 DVD or ISO file (e.g., by using the "Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool" from Heidoc.com), you will non be able to activate information technology without a retail license (see reply above from Bill Smithers).
If you but want to "test" Windows 7, apply the Heidoc tool to download the Baronial 2018 version. You will have a xxx-day grace period later on installation before the system will go into "reduced functional mode" (among other things, the "Activate Now" message appears every hr).
